The Pandemic Fund aims to provide a dedicated stream of additional, long-term funding for critical pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response (PPR) functions in eligible countries, and will support and reinforce capacity building and implementation of pandemic PPR under the International Health Regulations (IHR) (2005) and other internationally endorsed legal frameworks, consistent with a One Health approach. The Fund invites interested Eligible Countries, Regional Entities and Implementing Entities to submit proposals for potential projects to be supported by an initial funding focusing on surveillance, laboratory systems, and workforce. This portal close on May 19, 2023, which is the deadline for submissions.
